UCLA Bioinformatics Program

Eleazar Eskin is teaching a new course in Fall 2008, Computer Science 229 “Current Topics in Bioinformatics.” This course will focus on applying computer science techniques to computational problems in that arise in biology and bioinformatics. Each student will choose one of many available research projects to work on throughout the course. No previous knowledge of biology is required. The course is cross listed as Human Genetics 229.
